In my wife’s opinion, it would be better if pool lounger reservations weren’t allowed, as it was challenging to find space at peak times.

This hotel features friendly staff and clean rooms, making for a pleasant stay. Although there were some issues with the all-inclusive drink offerings and occasional queue at the lobby bar, the overall atmosphere remains enjoyable for families, especially by the pools and beaches.

I recently spent two nights at this fantastic resort! The pools were amazing—definitely a highlight for my kids, and the buffet food was quite delicious, especially the vegetarian options. The room we had, although not exactly like the pictures, was clean and spacious with a lovely view. I'd definitely consider returning for another family getaway!

Had an awesome time with my friends! The infinity pool had stunning views of the mountains and coastline, and we loved the indoor pool at the ladies-only spa. The staff were friendly, and there's plenty to do. Just a heads up, expect to do some walking around the resort as it's quite large.

The water sports were thrilling, and the pools were perfect for kids. The pirate ship was a big hit!

I had a fantastic time at the Doubletree By Hilton. The staff made me feel right at home. From check-in, they were friendly and eager to help. I loved the beach access from my King Room. The view was stunning, especially at sunset. The pool area was perfect, with great kid-friendly spots. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although some items ran out quickly. The food at the Bay Club Restaurant was generally tasty, but I found some dishes could have been warmer. I did encounter a few issues. The check-in process was a bit slow, especially when it got crowded. My room was near the adult pool, and the noise from machinery occasionally disrupted my relaxation. Additionally, the entertainment options in the evenings felt limited, with some performers not very captivating. I also faced trouble getting assistance with room service. I waited a long time for some simple requests. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but there’s some room for improvement in service and entertainment.
